FAQs
What is the status of my case?
All cases have a digital alert sent to your e-mail address that we have on file when we receive the case. If you aren't getting these alerts, please email support@perio-protect.com and we will help.
When will I receive my case back?
5-7 business days from arrival the case will be delivered to your office. Please remember your case will be delivered to the address that is on the script. If you submit a digital scan, the case will be sent to the address associated with the scanner. If you share a scanner with another office, be sure to add the correct shipping address to the Rx notes.
What is the difference between PerioGel™ and PerioGel X™?
Both formulations contain 1.7% hydrogen peroxide as the active ingredient and have a pleasant mint taste. The only difference is flavoring. PerioGel X™ is flavored with xylitol and has half of the mint flavor as PerioGel.
